francisco tonight. same-sex marriage supporters gathered on the steps of the california state supreme court building. the rally of about 50 people was organized by a bay area group called "get equal." the issue is now in the hands of the u.s. supreme court. but organizer billy brandford says, he is providing that proposition 8 is going to be unconstitutional. with a

loving style ruling with all 50 states. >> if the goes the other way? >> we will be on the other"'.pushing for change " >> pam: kron is currently airing the full audio recording from today's supreme court hearing on kron 4's 24-7 bay area news channel. it will be on a continuous loop through 4-am. you can catch it on comcast channel 193 -- and it is also streaming online at and his kron-4-. com. new at 11. a san francisco night club is closing for good. after three people were shot over the weekend. it happened at the three- 30 ritch nightclub, in the city's south of market neighborhood. official revoked the club's permit on monday. police say, the initial shooting happened inside the club, after an argument. and more shots were later fired in a nearby parking lot. all three victims are expected to be okay. police say no arrests have been made.

a five thousand dollar reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man who is accused of molesting and trying to kidnap a nine -year old girl in oakland. this is surveillance video showing images of the suspect walking on the sidewalk. it happened on the 12- hundred block of 94th avenue. monday evening. police say, the man picked the girl up in a bear hug, touched her inappropiately and tried to carry her away. the girl was able to get away. the attacker is described as a latino male in his 20's, with ears that stick out prominently he has short black hair, spiked in the front and long in the back. five- feet- eight inches tall. and 170 pounds. the suspect description also matches that of the getaway driver. in a similar daylight attack on a 14 year old girl last november. also in oakland. in that incident, the victim was able to escape unharmed.

>> ground breaking for the tallest building on the west coast is set for tomorrow. kron 4's alecia reid has the details on the tower that will be in san francisco's south of market neighborhood. >> reporter: take a good lookthis empty lot will soon house the tallest building on the west coast. this is a rendering of what it'll look like.a 60 story office building at mason and first streets .it's expected to be the 7th tallest building in the country at a-thousand- seventy feet tall and 1- point-4 million square feet, the transbay transit tower will be designed next to the transbay transit center - that is also being constructed. the project was approved back in october. the iconic tower will be a part of the transportation hub in the city's revitalized south of market neighborhood. developers believe it will be a landmark for tourists that visit the city.

>> pam: former san francisco mayor gavin newsom is considered a pioneering politician on the issue of same sex marriage. he famously allowed same sex marriages in the city - until shot down by the courts. newsom has been talking about whether he thinks his support has brought the issue to where it is now. instead of fingers touching a display screen. this is video showing a glimpse of what it looks like. through the glasses. the price tag is an eye- popping 15-hundred dollars. the space-x dragon cargo capsule. splashed into the pacific this afternoon, after a trip to the international space station. parachutes were used. to slow the capsule's landing. recovery boats met the dragon off the baja california coast. according to the space-x twitter feed, it was loaded with more than three- thousand- pounds of cargo and packaging from the i-s- s. the unmanned dragon traveled to the space outpost earlier this month. to deliver more than 12- hundred pounds of supplies to the crew.
